NATURAL STONE & TRAVERTINE
Travertine & Natural Stone Cleaning & Sealing in Tampa
Travertine, marble, flagstone, and limestone need a different touch than concrete pavers. We clean and seal them the right way, protecting the stone and keeping it naturally non-slip.
Natural Stone Specialists Across the Tampa Bay Area
We clean, restore, and seal travertine, marble, flagstone, limestone, and other natural stone surfaces throughout Florida. Whether it’s a pool deck, lanai, patio, walkway, porch, entryway, or coping, we use stone-safe cleaning methods and the proper sealer for the specific type of stone — because what protects travertine isn’t what protects marble or flagstone.
THE NON-SLIP DIFFERENCE
Protected — and Never Slippery
A film-forming “gloss” sealer looks great dry and turns dangerously slick the moment it gets wet — a real hazard on a pool deck where people walk barefoot. We seal natural stone with a penetrating sealer that soaks in, protects the stone from within, and keeps its natural texture and traction. No plastic sheen, no slippery deck.
ALREADY SLIPPERY?
We Fix Slippery, Glossy Decks
A lot of travertine in Tampa was sealed with a film-forming product and left slick. There are two ways out, and we’ll walk you through both: re-coat with the film sealer plus an anti-slip additive (Shark Grip) to keep the look with safe traction — or strip the old sealer completely and convert to a penetrating sealer for a natural, low-maintenance, non-slip finish.
STONE-SAFE CLEANING
Not Concrete — and Cleaned Accordingly
Travertine, marble, flagstone, and limestone are softer, porous, and easily damaged by the acidic cleaners and high pressure used on concrete pavers, which etch, pit, and dull the stone. We use gentle, pH-safe methods and the right treatments for natural stone — never anything that harms the surface.
Natural Stone Is a Specialty — Not an Afterthought
Most companies treat every hard surface the same. We don’t. Sealing travertine, marble, flagstone, and limestone correctly takes the right products and real experience — penetrating sealers, anti-slip solutions, acid-free cleaning, and proper coping work. Veteran-owned, locally operated, and backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

What Affects Natural Stone Sealing Cost in Tampa
Every stone surface is different, so we quote after a quick look. Your price depends on the square footage and layout, the type and condition of the stone, whether there’s an old sealer to strip, and whether you want a penetrating or anti-slip film finish. Natural Stone & Travertine FAQs
Will sealing make my travertine slippery?
No — that’s the whole point of how we seal. Our penetrating sealer soaks into the stone and keeps its natural, non-slip texture. If you want a glossy film finish, we add an anti-slip additive (Shark Grip) so it stays safe underfoot.
My pool deck is already slippery from an old glossy sealer — can you fix it?
Yes. We can re-coat it with an anti-slip additive to keep the look while restoring traction, or strip the old film sealer entirely and convert to a penetrating sealer for a natural, non-slip finish.
Can you pressure wash travertine, marble, or flagstone?
We clean natural stone with gentle, stone-safe methods — never harsh acid or aggressive pressure that would etch or pit it. Natural stone needs a different approach than concrete pavers.
How long does a penetrating sealer last?
In Florida’s sun and humidity, expect several years before resealing, depending on traffic and exposure. We’ll tell you honestly where yours stands at your free estimate.
Do you offer free estimates?
