Not the way we do it. Roofs, siding, screens, and vinyl fencing are cleaned with soft washing — low pressure plus safe treatments — never high-pressure blasting. We only use pressure washing on durable surfaces like driveways, walkways, and pavers.
How often should I have my home’s exterior cleaned?
In Florida’s heat and humidity, most homes benefit from a soft wash every 1–2 years for siding and roofs, plus driveway and patio cleaning as needed. Regular cleaning prevents permanent staining and extends the life of the surface.
Do you clean pavers without sealing them?
Yes. Plenty of customers just want their pavers or patio cleaned, and that’s a service on its own. If you later decide you want them protected, we offer a full Clean, Re-Sand & Seal restoration — but it’s never required.
