SERVING TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA
From South Tampa to New Tampa. One standard of work.
Expert paver installation, sealing, repair & cleaning across Tampa, Westchase, New Tampa, Carrollwood, and all of Hillsborough County.
OUR STANDARD
Tampa homeowners deserve pavers that outlast Florida's heat, rain, and sandy soil.
Hillsborough County is the Tampa Bay area's largest market and most competitive — and it's where Kingdom Elite Services built its reputation. We work across the full range of Tampa's neighborhoods: South Tampa's historic Hyde Park and Palma Ceia, where older bungalows and Mediterranean Revivals demand paver styles with character and permanence; and the established communities of Carrollwood, Westchase, New Tampa, Citrus Park, Town 'N' Country, Keystone, and Odessa, where homeowners are upgrading aging concrete driveways to pavers built to last.
Tampa's soil varies more than most homeowners realize. The low-lying coastal areas near the bay have sandy, high-water-table ground that needs extra base depth and geotextile fabric. Moving inland, the soil shifts to clay-heavy profiles that expand and contract with the rainy season, pushing edges and opening joints over time. We assess each property before we lay a single paver — because the right base is the installation you never see and the reason everything else holds.

WHY TAMPA BAY
This is our home market. We built our reputation here and we protect it on every job.
We don't subcontract. We don't rush base prep to hit a next-day schedule. We don't use inferior polymeric sand because the homeowner won't see the difference — until it washes out after the first heavy rain. Tampa Bay is where Kingdom Elite Services operates from, where our reviews were earned, and where our standards were set. That means every job in Tampa, Westchase, Carrollwood, or New Tampa gets the same attention as a job we'd want in our own driveway. No upsells you don't need. No shortcuts on base depth. No cutting corners on sealer quality because the job is on the edge of our service area. Hillsborough County is the center of everything we do, and we treat it that way.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions about pavers in the Tampa Bay area?
New Tampa and Carrollwood are booming — do you replace builder-grade concrete driveways in new construction neighborhoods?
Yes — this is one of our most common jobs across the Tampa area. Production builders across Tampa and Hillsborough County install the minimum required concrete driveway and apron, then move on. Within three to seven years, those surfaces are cracking, staining, and settling unevenly. We do full tear-outs and paver installations regularly in these neighborhoods, and we know the soil conditions, lot grading, and HOA requirements specific to the major planned communities across the Tampa area. If you're ready to upgrade from builder concrete to a paver driveway that actually holds up in Florida, this is what we do.
We have a historic South Tampa / Hyde Park home — what paver styles work best for older Florida architecture?
South Tampa's historic neighborhoods — Hyde Park, Palma Ceia, Bayshore Beautiful, Davis Islands — feature a mix of Mediterranean Revival, Craftsman bungalow, and Old Florida architecture. The paver styles that complement these homes best are tumbled or antiqued concrete pavers in buff, charcoal, or adobe tones that have a worn, natural look; travertine or travertine-look pavers for Mediterranean-style homes; and running bond or herringbone patterns rather than grid layouts. We avoid overly uniform, modern paver patterns on historic homes because they clash with the architectural character. We're happy to bring samples and discuss what works with your specific home's style before any commitment is made.
Do you charge travel fees for neighborhoods like Westchase, Odessa, or Keystone?
No. Westchase, Citrus Park, Town 'N' Country, Carrollwood, Keystone, Odessa, New Tampa, and the rest of our Tampa service area are all within our standard coverage — there's no travel surcharge. We work the Tampa and Hillsborough County corridor every week, so you get the same crew, the same pricing, and the same standards whether you're in South Tampa or out toward Keystone.
How long does a standard driveway paver installation take in the Tampa area?
A typical two-car driveway in the Tampa Bay area takes 2–3 days from start to finish: one day for tear-out and base preparation, one day for paver installation and cutting, and a partial day for joint sanding, sealing, and cleanup. Larger projects — extended driveways, full pool decks, or combined driveway-plus-patio jobs — may run 4–5 days. We don't rush base prep to hit a one-day turnaround, because the base is what determines whether your pavers last five years or twenty-five. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your estimate and stick to it.
We're in Westchase, New Tampa, or Carrollwood with HOA requirements — what should we know?
Westchase, New Tampa, and Carrollwood HOAs are among the more active in Hillsborough County when it comes to driveway and hardscape standards. Most require neutral tones (no bright colors), consistent paver size and joint width, and approval before installation begins. We've worked in all three communities and we know the approval process. We can help you select a pattern and color that meets your HOA's requirements while still looking significantly better than the builder concrete you're replacing. In most cases, a running bond or stacked bond pattern in a two- or three-color neutral blend sails through HOA approval without revision requests.
