Paver Sealing in Tampa & Tampa Bay
Florida is hard on pavers. Relentless UV, driving summer rain, and constant humidity fade color, wash out joint sand, and invite mold and weeds. Sealing is the single best way to protect your investment and keep your driveway, patio, or pool deck looking new. Kingdom Elite Services seals pavers for homeowners across Tampa, Tampa Bay, and the surrounding Hillsborough neighborhoods — Westchase, Citrus Park, Town ’N’ Country, Carrollwood, Odessa, and Keystone.

- Repels water and resists UV fading
- Makes routine cleaning far easier
Before we seal, we always clean and re-sand — sealing dirty pavers locks the grime in for years. If your pavers need a refresh first, start with our paver cleaning & restoration.
Natural vs. Wet-Look Finishes
We help you choose the finish that fits your home. A natural (matte) finish protects without changing the look. A wet-look (gloss) finish enriches color and adds shine for a high-end, freshly-misted appearance. We’ll show you both so you know exactly what you’re getting before we start.
Our Paver Sealing Process
A seal that lasts is all about preparation. Our full six-step restoration cleans, treats, re-sands, and seals — so the finish bonds properly and the color stays rich for years.
1. Pressure wash & rinse — we deep-clean the surface to strip dirt, mildew, and old residue.
2. Treat organics & efflorescence — an algicide and efflorescence treatment so growth and mineral haze don’t come back.
3. Re-sand the joints — fresh joint sand locks the pavers together and stabilizes the surface.
4. Inspect & add sand — we check every joint and top up the sand where it’s needed.
5. Sweep & blow clean — the surface is cleared and prepped so the sealer bonds evenly.
6. Seal with Ure-Seal H2O Gloss — a flood coat followed by a top coat of professional-grade Ure-Seal H2O for long-lasting protection and a rich finish.
If pavers are lifted or sunken, we can repair them first so the surface is even before sealing.
How Often Should You Reseal in Florida?
Most Tampa Bay homeowners reseal every 2–3 years. High-sun, high-traffic surfaces like driveways may need it sooner; shaded patios can go a bit longer. We’ll tell you honestly where yours stands at your free estimate.
Backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — if it’s not right, we make it right.
What Affects Paver Sealing Cost in Tampa Bay
Every property is different, so we quote each job after a quick look rather than guessing. Your price depends on the square footage and layout, the condition of the pavers and how much cleaning they need, whether re-sanding or minor repairs are required, and the sealer finish you choose.
You’ll always get a clear, written estimate up front — no surprise charges, ever. Most quotes can be handled from a few photos or a short visit. Call or text (813) 421-3109 for your free estimate. Have travertine or natural stone instead? See our Natural Stone & Travertine Sealing page.
Paver Sealing FAQ
How long does paver sealer last?
In Florida, expect about 2–3 years before resealing is recommended, depending on sun and traffic.
Do you clean pavers before sealing?
Always. Sealing over dirt traps it permanently, so cleaning and re-sanding the joints are part of every sealing job.
Will sealing make my pavers slippery?
A quality sealer keeps good traction, and we can add an anti-slip additive for pool decks and walkways.
Natural or wet-look — which is better?
It’s personal preference. Wet-look adds shine and color depth; natural keeps the original look. We show you both before we start.
