Custom Paver Installation in Tampa & Tampa Bay

A new paver driveway, patio, walkway, or pool deck transforms how your home looks and lives — but only if it’s built right. Kingdom Elite Services designs and installs custom paver hardscapes for homeowners across Tampa, Tampa Bay, and the Hillsborough neighborhoods of Westchase, Citrus Park, Town ’N’ Country, Carrollwood, Odessa, and Keystone. We’re veteran-owned, detail-obsessed, and we build on a properly engineered base so your pavers stay beautiful and level for years.

Our Installation Process

1. Design & estimate — we discuss your vision, measure the space, and recommend layouts, patterns, and materials, then give a free quote.
2. Excavate & prep the base — we excavate, grade for drainage, and compact a crushed-stone and sand base built for Florida soil.
3. Lay the pavers — precise cuts and clean pattern work for a finish that looks custom, because it is.
4. Edge, compact & sand — secure edge restraints, compact, and lock the joints with polymeric sand. We can seal it too.

Why Proper Base Prep Matters in Florida

The part you never see — the base — is what makes or breaks a paver installation. Florida’s sandy soil, heavy summer rain, and high water table punish shortcuts. A shallow or poorly compacted base leads to sinking, shifting, and the trip hazards we’re so often called to repair. We take the time to grade for drainage and build a deep, compacted base so your investment lasts.

Driveways, Patios, Walkways & Pool Decks

Whatever the space, we match the pavers, pattern, and border to your home’s style. Once your pavers are installed, we recommend sealing them to lock in color and protection, and we offer ongoing cleaning & restoration to keep them looking new.

Paver Installation Cost in Tampa Bay

Installed paver projects in the Tampa Bay area typically run about $10–$25+ per square foot, depending on:

  • Paver type, pattern, and border detail
  • Square footage and site access
  • How much excavation, base work, and grading is needed
  • Removal of an existing surface, if any

Every project is custom, so the best number is a free on-site design consultation. Call (813) 421-3109 or request an estimate.

Paver Installation FAQ

How long does a paver installation take?

Most residential driveways and patios take a few days, depending on size, excavation, and weather. We’ll give you a clear timeline up front.

Pavers or concrete — which is better?

Pavers flex with Florida’s soil instead of cracking, are easy to repair one piece at a time, and add more curb appeal and value than poured concrete.

Do I need to seal new pavers?

We recommend sealing after installation to lock in color, stabilize joint sand, and protect against stains and UV fading.

Can you remove my old concrete or pavers first?

Yes. We handle demolition and removal of existing surfaces as part of the project.
